heh... if your looking for the head.. go to the docks district beside the tavern in the lower area... look for a house with minators and go down to the basement... once youve assembled IT... be ready for the fight of your life...(and im not kidding when i say be ready)

Make sure you have +4 weapons and a protection from magic scroll.

I killed him yesterday, I didn't have protection from magic scroll and Kangaxx died at the second try. Spoiler ahead.

Killing his first form was easy. I used breach, secret word, lower resistance etc. Minsc had mace of disruption +2, Aerie had staff of magi and Jaheira had +5 sling. I activated spell trap from staff and Aerie was closest to him he could only cast 2 imprisonments on Aerie than he died. I'm guessing mace of disruption's proc. vs undead got him cause total dmg I did to him was at most 20. Btw there is one sword people miss out as +4. Sword of ...(hrrmm flame may be) it's +1, +2 vs regenerating, +3 vs something else and +4 vs undead.
