Ziroc - can you tell me why my password keeps failing. I have kept my passwords on paper file. In the last few months they suddendly stop working, this has happened a couple of times. Each time it happens I have to request a new password. Since I keep them on file I am sure I have not forgotten them and am entering them correctly yet, they do not work. Why?
