I was wondering if any of you already spoke to Cromwell, or found him? We get messages during the loading/saving times telling that Cromwell is the one who can make us the weapons from our artifacts, but i cant find him...
I found 2 pieces of sword near the drow city (blue longsword as it seems) but i cant make anything of it. Now i finished the silver dragon's quests (eggs) and still havent found anyone that could help me make this sword...(

Cromwell is located in the Docks district. Use your map and it will show you were his office is (near the bottom of the screen). He also makes awesome armor out of dragon scales. The Shadow and Red Dragons have contributed to my warriors' latest fashion statements! Bring plenty of gold (about 5000 gp's ) and prepare to spend the day with him (he needs assistance). Good luck!
