Not sure whether you can find him at all, however you could try his parents home in the government district... The Delril Estate?

I've got an evil party and when I talked to Anomen he got pissed of and left the tavern...
And when i've done everyt quest in Copper I remembered I forgot to take Anomens Sheild =(
Where does he go when he leaves so I could go get the sheild.. ???
