I am currently in Umbar Hills and I am trying to solves this quest with "The Human flesh armor", I have figer out his name and so and he tolde me to get some silver dragon blood.
Where can I find a silver dragon??

Theres a silver dragon in the underdark in chapter 3. Its in the northeast portion of the underdark.
