There is one more thing you need to do. Southeast of the Sea Bounty inn (docks district) there is a drunk guy you need to talk to (I don't remember his name, it should be in your journal) and he gives you the last bit of information you need.

i've been to roenall's house and got the finace statement and also kill the guy at the ST inn and got a scroll ..but when i went to the government district to talk to roenall's commander .. nothing happens ...HELP!!!

i've talked to that man too ..and he juz walked away ... hmm ...and then i went to the tavern and killed the corner guy and got the scroll ... ehh
so now's there's 2 ... the scroll of reoenall's crimes and his book of finance ..but when i go the government district .. i dont get to tell his commander about it ..HELP ! ....thanks to those that reply
