Where the heck is the twisted rune hall? I've (almost) caught riejek hidesman, and have the armor of flesh. This is my 4th time playing and I never can find the hall.

It's beyond one of about three doors in the bottom section of the Bridge district. One is for the graveyard district/ransom quest, another has the Elemental Lich in it, and the third just has nothing behind it; unless you have a rogue stone, in which case you get gated to this surreal hall.
