Help!
I'm in the government district.
1.How do you get into the Delryn estate? There's another door above it that's also barred.
2.What about the barred door inside the Deril estate? I've done Cernd's son quest - what was up with that Lich?
3.How do you get to those doors around the prison, they light up so supposedly they're accessible...(?)

1.From memory there is 2 doors into Delryn estate. Use the one with the guard under the porch.
2.As far as I can tell you can't enter it. I managed to hit the Lich(?) for 36 damage but he still teleported away. I suspect you meet him later.
3. As far as I can tell the prison is only used if you don't lie for Jan when then try to arrest him. Later he is found in there and you can bail him out. All the doors opened for me in the prison but there was nothing of interest. I think they were locked so try a thief.
