I need to find Ribald at the Adventurers Mart. Can someone please tell me what district it is in please. I went to the Waukeen Promenade (Government District) as directed before and looked on my map but nothing there.

First of all, you are mistaken....

Waukeen Promenade is not in the Gov't Dist.

Waukeen Promenade is the District that the Adventurer's Mart is in!

It is just west of the main Circus Tent. There is a guy outside sayin' "Come to the Adventurer's Mart!"..... you can't miss it.

The adventurer mart is to the west in Waukeen's Promenade
