I have all the pieces, But I can't figure out how to join the them.
Or is there someone to do this for me?

Check out the docks
If you look at the docks map you will find a guy/shop name4d Cromwell
He will assamble the the equilazer and gesen bow and all other stuff that needs to be assembled
