Look for the statue of the Demogorgon in the Kua Toa part of the underdark. He requires a sacrifice which will bring several demon knights to life.

Where is the kua toa part??? Is it after you give the Dragon back her eggs???

Yeah, it's the part where the dragon takes you after you return her eggs. You can also walk there directly from the main part of the Underdark. The connection is southwest of the deep gnome village. The demogorgon is in the southeast corner of the map.

Use a cleric or druid to summon animals onto the altar.
