I searched the entire bridge district, twice for the guy in red that buried the guy in the graveyard alive. I finally got a hint that he was outside an inn, so I searched all around and inside that inn and still can't find him. Can someone please tell me where this guy is. Thanks in advance for any response.

Check down in the southeast corner of the map just above the first building down there. The inn people spoke of is Delosar's Inn (or something close to that) and not the main one with the theater. The guy is dressed in a very bright red outfit and is pretty easy to spot once you get the right part of the map.
