I need to find Neb. I was told he would be in the Bridge District in the derelict house. But I can not get into the house because the door is locked. Picking the lock and forcing the door does not work. Could somebody help me please because i am getting extremly frusterated!!! Thank you.

Try having a mage in your party cast "knock", and the lock is pickable.

Use a knock spell on the door, it should open.
