i am a paladin so i was given quest to help tyrianna, she got hit by assassin so not she is mad at me and i cant get her to talk, i need to do this quest for order of radiant heart.
I'm looking for way to make her "not hostile (red circle)" again.
Charm and friend spells dont work, i think i need a save game editor or something
any suggestions?

You can't make someone non-hostile once they're hostile. Try reloading.

I found that if you leave them alone for a short while (e.g. close a door between them & the rest of the party) they will return to normal- as long as there aren't hostile creatures nearby to attack them afterwards.
