Could someone plese tell me where the equaliser-blade is. And how do I get back to the Assylum and saughin in chapter 6. I have already been there onece, but forgot to pick up some stuff. Thanks.

The blade and hilt are in the Mind Flayer city and the Beholder caves in the Underdark. You can get back into the Underdark but you can't get back to the Sahuagin city or to Spellhold once you leave. It's kind of hard, being across the sea and under the sea. Actually, try accessing the city from where you first entered the Underdark. I doubt if it will work but it's worth a try.
