so...
i talked to everyone didnt want to go with the pirate lord .... got the ward stone ...can enter asylums front gate.. but what then (in the big room all doors are closed and irenicus wount come).....
please help because I dont have any saved games left from the mainland....

**SPOILER** 1. I got in with the help of Yoshimo, when you are in the "pirate city" you have to go to the big chief, the master pirate. He has a bodyguard in front of the house and he will only let you through when you bribe him, when you enter the building talk to the big chief (you have got to have Yoshimo in your party to do this!!). Yoshimo will automatically talk to the chief and you will be transported in the asylum, then you will be a prisoner, if you want to get on attack (try to kill) the gnome .... the sane (I dont't remember his name exactly). Then Irenicus will appear.
2. If you can (try) to kill the gnome called ..... the sane, do it and Irenicus will appear
