Can i do anything about my caracters beeing leveldrained, or is that just shit i have to live with ??

Use a restoration spell or scroll, or utilize the services of a temple.

Use the 4th level priest spell Negative Plane Protection. You will suffer the hits but no level draining. Also buy restoration scrolls just in case. Protection from Evil spells will at least increase your chances of making the saving throws to prevent this also.
