I didn't get the beholder shield at the adventure's market, how should i defeat all of them in chapter 5?? thanks

If you have a high level mage then cast protection from magical energy and immunity to necromantic spells or have a cleric cast death ward. The easiest way to beat them is with a special cloak you get from the saragun but if you haven't done that yet then i won't spoil it for you. Cheers

One spell: Spell turning
Cast this and walk up to the beholder and they will start to hammer you with their attacks. 90% of them will be reflected back, and if your lucky the beholder will stone(petrify) themselves, at which point you can just walk up and whack them. I used this tactic doing the Cult of the Unseeing eye quest, as well as the Test of Fear in Hell. Works pretty good, but sometimes a spell or 2 gets through (maze doesn't reflect, neither does Freedom)
