Anybody please help!

I have cleared everything in the sewers, yet there is still a door in the domain of the Cult of the Sightless Eye that cannot be opened. As I understand´, beyond that is a Shade Lich which has the part I need to fullfil the Kargaxx quest. HOW DO I OPEN THE %#%##%/&( DOOR???

You can only open the door if you agree to take part in their quest. I found this out through trial and error. Hope you still have your autosave. Cheers
