I have never experienced any bugs, or any type of problem, (knock on wood)
My suggestion is to call interplay to see if there are others who have called in your same complaint, and see if a patch is being processed...if you are the only one, or no one calls, the problem will never get fixed. Someone has to call in and get Interplay's butt into action on a patch...(they always wait 1 month or so before releasing their first official patches, just to make sure that enough people have called in, and given them all the details to the problems. (That way, they don't have to do the work themselves of looking for the problems))

The "bug" basically occurs whenever I right click on certain items in the inventroy screen to try to ID or read their descriptions. ANY mace and certain other items (arrows of biting come to mind) cause my entire system to lock up the second I try to view them with a right click. Aside from NOT CLICKING them (patient: doctor whenever I do this it hurts; doctor: so don't do that)is there any way to fix this problem? Just figured I'd fling this out there and see if someone had already sovled the problem.

i had all kinds of lockups with the 3d accelleration turned on with my 3dfx voodoo 2000 card. so i just turned the 3d off and never had a problem again.

Yep, I've had this with EVERY SINGLE STINKING ARROW OF PIERCING I tried to ID. Really annoyed me, as my Character is an Elf Archer with Grand Mastery in the longbow. There is also some other arrows in Nalia's keep, right near the Yuan Ti mage with the bookcase that if I id the game crashes as well
