been skipping the optional quests with the plan to go back for them before entering ToB. female main character romancing Anomen. last battle with bodhi and now Anomen is dead. resurrection spell doesn't work so i search these here forums and learn of the temple in umar hills. i do all the umar hill stuff and mazzy joins my party in the process. now i wish to remove mazzy and restore anomen, bring him back into my party, only problem being, mazzy won't leave. after i click reform, mazzy face, remove, done she says, "are you sure you want me to leave? There is much good we need to accomplish in this place." and my only dialogue option is "1. I would rather have you stay with the party." and i just installed the newest patch and the problem remains. any ideas?

Hi, Smaug, welcome to Ironworks. Did you dump Ano when you let Mazzy join? I don't think you can get him back after that.

Sorry Smaug but your stuck with Mazzy, till you finsh off the temple, and kill the shade Lord sorry, all I can surgest is if you save mutiple save files go back a bit, before meeting mazzy and then ressurect Anomen.

(I thought does Jaheria have accsess to a ressurection spell its a level 5 spell, so you could try that). if not then its going to be a case of having to go to a temple for a ressurection, whivh unforunately costs quite a bit.

Youre gonna have to finish Mazzys quest first, then you can kick her out and recover Anomen HOWEVER!!! If you can, keep em both in your party and watch the sparks fly when Mazzy declares Anomen to be her Squire [img]smile.gif[/img] Very funny scripts!

Actually, Mazzy makes Valgar her Squire.

thanks for the replies, guys. just a few things for clerification:

Galadria: didn't dump ano, he died
Dragen Vonrack: (a) did finish temple, in fact, finished all quests related to umar hills. (b) can't ressurect him, was turned by bodhi then killed. besides, i tried that already.
Sir Exxon: can't 'just' ressurect him. but did restore him at temple ruins, told him to join he did, had to remove someone (too many people) so i removed mazzy, the newest member, and got the same results as posted on my first post.
PoesRaven: giving it much thought, and may be forced to do so.
