I had a woman ask me to meet her in the graveyard at night and I cant seem to find her no matter where I go.(yes its dark)
Also, I went down to the dungeon and cant open the North door.. (says something about me being too scared or something). Its the one north of the spider nest.
Third, I cant open the door going down in the West side of the graveyard district. It says that it is barred from the inside.

Any help on those questions would be appreciated.. thanx

Ok, well the woman that asked you to meet her is a vampire called Bodhi, she speaks to you as soon as you enter the Graveyard district so im guessing that maybe you need to enter it in the dead set MIDDLE of the night. If i am mistaken i cannot help you on that one. just make sure to check BOTH exits from the graveyard district. In answer to your other questions the north door will be opened in chapter three after speaking to Aran Linvale a few times so you neednt worry bout that yet. dont worry bout the west entrence either, im pretty sure its just another exit from the complex.
