I killed Firkragg (Magic resistance, 6x Ice Storm, 3x Cloudkill 1x Death Fog) but I only got 2400 gold or something.
Where are the scales? Wasn't on him at all. I killed him before returning to Mr Windspear (or whoever he is).

Well, thats definately strange. When i killed him i got a few gems, dragon scales and maybe the scroll on how to make crom feyer(cant remember). Are you sure u have picked up everything that he has on him? If so you might be looking at a posible bug.
