I have found the fire and acid flail head, I seem to have missed the cold. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Dont hold me to this, but I believe the cold one is in the room adjoining the room with the forge that you use to put them together with. There is a secret door on the top right wall leading into a burial chamber or something. Try that and see. Hope Im right
