I have the evidence and dealt with the guys under the skinner's house but what do i do with the body of the guard, the note and the human flesh???

I believe there is a quest for evil pc's involving the human flesh. You have to speak to a book seller and by the book of zhentil keep (or something like that) and work out his name. He will tell you to collect silver dragon blood.
