I believe you would need to be about lvl 25 or so as a cleric to Kill a Lich with turn undead...

can u use turn undead to kill an elemental liche, say the one that is guarding Kangax;s body.
btw my guys r bout level 12, should i be going up gainst this liche yet? I mean no spells i cast to anything on him.

this doesn't look good but it basicly mean a level 14 cleric has a change of 1 out of 2 to turn a lich (i think?)
