How do you get through the door in the Mind Flayer dungeon that says it can't be opened by a "mere mortal". I've already opened the first door using the necklace trick... this is a subsequent door.

If you have one of those control circlet things, try using that as a quick item to get control of something that's not mortal.

Or you can turn into the Almighty Slayer, and the door cowers in fear before you. I'm looking forward to playing an all-evil team and becoming the Slayer whenever the mood strikes me.

Ugh ... nothing in the flayer city is 'not mortal'. All I found were flayars and these big green thingies whose name just flew away from my mind. Oh, and some slaves and the oger of course. But nothing else. Definitly nothing immortal. Please, a little spoiler for me ?
