With the Dual Classing of Kensai/Mage what is the recommended level before dual classing??

I think ( and someone will correct me That if you Dual after level 13 as a Kensai, you can make it to lv 14 as a mage.

The best Level is 9. You get maximum HP from your Kensai Class.
I don't have the tables at hand but he should be able to reach the maximum
Mage Level when you do this.
