I just have a quick question. If you have a sub quest to perform in chapter 2, and then you go to chapter 3, can you still perform the quest from chapter 2. Thanks a lot!

Sure, sub quests are not affected by main quests, even if you are in the last chapter. But don't wait to long for certain quests, some have a time limit...
