Hey all, been watching the site and got lots of great tips and stuff, but I'm kind of stuck on something.

I'd like to change the icons of some of my characters to custom pics. Tried to check out Samurai Jack's website to see about using that mod but browser keeps timing out. Is there some simple trick to alter the pics, or is it more like a deeply involved process that requires mad programming skill? playing v1.2.4 if that makes any difference.

These are no icons. The characters move their eyes and mouth. So you have to make films if you want to replace them.

Ah, thanks Wearboar. Films, then. Can anyone tell me how to replace the films? I like the default characters but I want to play a party with some new faces, since I can't find some appropriate faces for my character concepts. I'm also heavy into anime and manga so I kind of wanted to plop some of my favorite characters into the game in a visual kind of way.
