I think I broke something. I'm around level 18 and I go back into Arnika Road, Northern Wilderness, and Arnika-Trynton Road...and sometimes after playing for a while the game will start populating these areas with level 1-4 creatures! Anyone else have this problem? It's extremely frustrating.

You're over the maximum spawn level, so just like if you're under the minimum, it's all wild cards in the deck.
