i went to rapax castle and gave ferro the pickled trynnie and items for the ivory blade.
then i was attacked by no less then a multitude of rapax warlocks/berserker's/samurais etc at least 30 in all.
they killed ferro and any chances of getting that ivory sword.
am i missing something or is ferro really dead and if so how can that be as he should be a somewhat central character?

Sorry to tell you, but he's a goner. He's no so central, for the storyline, that is. He protects his customers well, as every other "green dot" does in Wiz8. You may want to consider reloading, for he's got the best stuff in the whole game, in particular the good ammo, which is somewhat rare...

Yep, there's no way to bring Ferro back except with a reload. Since he does have some very good stuff for sale, it's worth doing. Also, I suggest becoming a Templar before going to Ferro. Life will be easier all around.

maybe your right cause these fights are intense
even though i win them i have to bring two or three of my team members back to life after each fight.
and these are the only fights i have had a tough time with up to this point (including nessie)
