How do I get rid of dead PCs? I started with an extra fairy so I can dual wield the sticks from the start but I dont seem to have an option to drop dead PCs. I remember getting rid of RPCs though. ANyways, thanks in advance.

Nope, you're stuck with an extra skull following you around forever. It lowers your party level average, something you start to notice in easier monsters when your level gets over twice your party size.
