I forget his name but the rat. I think ratta tat. Gave me the quest To get his check cashed. I took it to the bank and the guards and the teller attack me. If I kill the gaurds will I get a bad rep in arnika. You know like guards attacking me outside of the bank. And if I kill the teller how do I finish the mission? Thanks.

It's Rattus' note. I usually take his stuff and don't do the quest. I'm pretty sure that if you do the quest there are no ill effects in Arnika outside the bank.

It's Rattus Rattus and you'll never see him again. Since you can get to the vault from the Arnika jail cells anyway, why piss off the bank guards? Keep the zip gun and toss the note. Eventually, try to trade up to a blunderbuss.

You do see him again at least once.

But completing the quest is broken theres no quest to complete for him. Dont give the note to the bank.

don't the bank guards get angry with you, if you go in to the safe from the jail?

Yes, the guards get angry with you if you go in that way (safe). Or you could just walk around the teller and push the red button. The elevator opens up and nobody gets mad. You can also give her a key card first but I don't bother. Don't rest downstairs, they may get mad.

As I recall, no one who did the bank job ever saw Rattus again, and they sure went looking for him. However, it's a bad move to kill him, as you make all the Razuka (like the Don) mad at you. The best thing is to ignore Rattus entirely, unless you want that silly gun for some reason.

Rattus Rattus was another quest never finished, he just disappears.

At The Bank:
If you want a chance at extended combat practise and lots of drops, stand so you block Lorrac into her corner (so she can't run away) and start a fight, but don't hit her. She will summon guards continuously and there's usually room for 2 or 3 groups of up to 6, but if you stay in the opening behind the counter, only 2 can get to you. Hack away! Sometimes the City Guards'll even help you; nobody in the city goes red because of this, either.
