I once found it in a chest (Queens chest, maybe). 12 restore magic, and can be recharged by sell and buy back. Nearly unlimited mana.

That is one of my faves in W-7, unfortunately it doesn't import. I got one once from the Queen's Chest, but every one in my party could wear Infy Helm, so i had my stick-wielder keep Doom (much more damage!)
