We all know where to find them (all RPC) but where do they go and wait when I dismiss them? Do they wait where I dismiss them or do they wait at the place where I first meet them?

Most go back to around where you found them. For instance, Miles returns to the streets of Arnika, while Vi heads over to Heli's. RFS-81 is the only NPC who stays wherever you drop him off.

If that is the case then where did Vi-Domina go? For a while I saw Vi waiting at He-Li's bar. Mid way through the game when I visited the bar Vi ain't there anymore. Where can she be?
