I was wondering how I get this Rapax army that I keep hearing about to show up.

I had the Destinae Dominus with the party and the other two artifacts in a chest. I placed the Destinae Dominus and then explored the rest of the peak. I then set a portal around the statues, got the two other artifacts, and then portalled back to the peak. When the peak loaded, the Rapax closed off the peak via the Mountain Wilderness. I killed the Rapax south of the rubble (by standing on the rubble). I guess I expected the Rapax army to be around the statues, but they are not there. I do not seem to see them on my radar either (with X-Ray). So where are they? I would prefer a hint. Thanks.

they are not standing by the statues, theey are standing along the road behind one of those gates.

And the army might not be there if you are at peace with the Rapax.
