When talking to balbrak, i ask him about kunar and he says " what about kunar". Then i type in " traitor", but he just says it is a "pretty strong accusation", and asks me if i have any proof. Is there an item i need to prove this, or another key word?

You need an item. It sounded like you just wanted a hint. If you were asking for a spoiler then read below.

You need to get the fake Top Security Pass from Kunar to give to Balbrak. You will get it by doing the T'Rang quests or you can cast Mindread on Kunar to get it much sooner.

Or you can kill Kunar. I did it and gave Balbrak the pass. Never knew you could tell him traitor and stuff. Will see for myself.
