I went to the mine tunnels, went into the T'Rang base, found the shack with the carts, but when I climbed into the middle cart and clicked on the handle all that happend was I heard a clicking sound but the cart never moved. I tried several times but nothing? Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong? Do I need to go somewhere else first? What's going on?

Assumming you want to start with a gentle hint I will say look around the shack and see if anything else is of interest.
