I forgot where I got this jewel last time I played. Is it in Marten's Bluff? If so, which room is it in? I have all the other parts for the Ebon Staff, but I am missing the rock.

Yep, it's in Marten's secret room in Marten's Bluff, on the floor near the bed, as I recall. You get there through the T'rang area.
