I've come across a problem with the trang. It appears i've made them enemies and now i'm going to find it a bit difficult to get to talk to z'ant again now that i have the t'rang prisoner with me from the Rapax camp. If the umpani and t'rang don't ally is it a real big problem??? Anyone know how to talk to an enemy character and turn them friendly again?

It isn't a problem for the plot if they don't ally. Its just that the alliance grants you a total of 1.5-2 Million XP, which you won't get.

You could try to go to Yamo first. Then you'll get a letter for z'ant. You can try to hold this letter with the cursor and click z'ant with it. This probably won't work if you have made them enemies earlier; it works if they have been friendly until this point, but z'ant accuses you to be Umpani spies when you try to talk.

I've heard that Rodan and Drazic are pretty powerful. You might want to just keep them.

they may be powerful, but in accesion peak they keep on complaining though.

I somehow got on the T'Rang's bad side too at that stage. Nothing you can do if you have Drazic and Rodan. They won't leave. But they do become decent enough fighters. Yes, you miss out on the quest points. I take great pains not to p off the Trang. I now go through the mines to get to the transporter instead of killing the Overmind and Assassin to get there. Not that big a deal, picking up RFS on the way. I haave heard with time the T'rang may become neutral again, but never tried it.

Thx all,

I had tried the letter from the umpani but that never worked. Once you get into a fight that's it dead Z'ant seems the only way. Interesting that you get a T'rang-Mook allience letter when you kill Z'ant.

Well I'm glad there's no reason the allience must be in place before going to ascension peak later.

It is said that there are people who attack anybody on sight. Since you need to go into the Mook building, the alliance letter is a fix drop.
