I seem to be having a problem with Sgt Rubble. I join the Umpani (recruited by Balrack (spelling?)), then return to Rubble. I talk about the obstacle course, and he says let's get started...but then nothing else, and nothing happens. I leave, and he says nothing, and will not move to allow me into the room. I talk to him again, and he again asks if I have a security pass (same as he does at first, before you talk to him for the first time). I answer yes, then go back through everything, nothing seems to trigger him to let me into the course.

Any suggestions?

try giving him your security pass. Either while in conversation or just take it out of your inventory and click on him with it.

CAREFUL!!!

If you give Rubble the security pass, he won't get to make his "hold on there" speech, and this causes a HUGE problem when you get to the firing range: he will try to use the wrong speach, and crash the game.

Try walking up to him and saying nothing. Click on him maybe, but its very important for him to do both parts of the speech: first "Hold on there, we can't allow a mere civillian..." then "I guess I have your names here after all..." Once he finishes, he'll step away from the door so you can pass.

He never made his "Hold on there..." speech, I spoke with the other guy and joined up before ever speaking with Rubble. Will this cause problems, or can I still complete this sequence of events?
