I decided that this game, I'm going to go kamakadze on the Trynnies after I'm done with them, and I figured I'd start with their religious figurehead, the shaman. So after I got the key from him, I went to kill him, cuz he also can carry a diamond eyes. So I boldly strode toward him and initiated combat. I thought that his guards would also join in the fight, but much to my surprise, they looked to me as a saviour and joined my side. Though they really didn't have time to get their licks in more than just a spear throw each, it really led me to the real story of the religious oppression of those poor trynnies. Killing their shaman did nothing to affect my faction rating with them, even. So next time you get bothered with those poor unfortunate Trynnies, think about their religious oppression and find a soft spot in your heart for them....

Or just do like I'm still gonna and whack all their heads off. The choice is up to you.

Yah, they have always helped me the times i kill him. Usually if i'm playing in the latest patch, and PP wouldn't get it.

Same with Ferro, if you fight against those rapax berserkers and warlocks or samurais he helps you despite of being rapax himself. He fights against his own race and you have to care for him otherwise he would die

Yeah, But Ferro's just in it for the money. His brother Antone will also stay friendly to you even if you slaughter his entire race. But I don't think that anyone is grasping the enormity of the oppression of the Trynnies. They are just looking for someone to take away their tyrannical religious leader. Even his own bodyguards jumped in when they found out there was no longer any real danger to them. I'm sure that they had a party on the lower branches while I was away. But they didn't invite me, so I exterminated them.

Too bad killing off the Trynnies doesn't make the Rapax green...

Just a quick question . . . . It was mentioned that the Trynnie Shaman can carry Diamond Eyes. Could this be confirmed? Also, if not him, where else can it be found? I don't recall ever finding this in previous games and I'd like to try it out. Thanks!

Yes, the shaman can carry diamond eyes, but it's not standard. Kill him enough times, though, and you'll get it, and if you're really lucky you'll get a cloak of perception, too

The other diamond eyes is located in the mountain wilderness in a hut under a hill. It is guarded by a death knight and 2 gibbering heads. It's hidden and is always there.
