I'm trapped in Trynton, can't go back to Arnika or back to the Swamp!!! My game exits to the desktop! Has anyone had this problem and/or has a solution? I can go up the tree to the upper levels and back down and the game play just great in Trynton, but won't let me leave!

Hey,

I've had it happen that the game exits to the desktop. If that happens I reboot the computer and restart the game again. After that the game works fine.

It hasn't ever lasted for very long time...

Never had this particular problem. Would consider saving just before the point where the bug occurs, shutting down, reloading, loading the save. Or, if you have portal, try portaling out.

Likely, though, you'll have to go back to an eariler savegame and try to go forward from there.

All in all, this is a fairly buggy game, but well worth the occasional glitch.

Do you have the latest patch installed? You could also try backing up your saved game, reinstalling, restore the game, and then trying to load it again.
