I've got this sweet android npc but I know he requires some repair (some lubricant or something). Where can I find it? I read somewhere that it was in a tower in Arnika but the only tower there is the savant's tower right? I'm hoping I can get RFS up and running some time before the end of the game. Thanks!

NAS-81 potion. There are two of them. One is just south of RFS-81 in the wrecked building. The other was dropped when you fought the andriods near the tower in Arnika.

I don't remember exactly how to do it as I finished months ago. But you give it to him.

talk to him ( like any npc ) , and then give it to him
