Hi Bec dont you live in USA? They have the game in all gamestors in the US and you can buy it online to no prob to find the game at all! :D

Actully, unfortunly I think its only limited to Electronic Boutiques stores, since it was resereved, ugh, I don't like that, and thats where I've been trying, but unfortunly theres not one of those thats close, oh well.

You can also order from EB via online or mail. That's how I got mine for Christmas.
Also, the game I got came with the 1.2.4 patch.
