I'm still in chapter two doing all the side quests and after I do the guarded compound, I go to sell stuff - and whamo - 43 million gp. Has anyone seen this before? I've been through before and this is the first time this has happened. I usually do trademeet last before moving on to chapter three, to make sure I have enough cash to get what I need; but not anymore, druids, here I come.

I heard about htis its a bug. The patch fixes this, but Id prefer to leave it the way it is. Its only a bug if it hinders my enjoyment of the game. LOL

It sounds to me like Telchar found the winning ticket to the Athkatla lottery!!! It's time for a spending spree at the Adventure Mart!!! Woooo-Hoooo!!!! ;)

Hrmm as I recall you probibly encountered the bug with the nishruu summons draining a item from one of your characters so that it wraps around and has a TON of charges... More charges = more value, so if you sold that item you would recieve that large sum of money.

....

In fact I am very sure that that is what happened. One of the summoned creatures that attacks you on the first level of the guarded compound is a Nishruu.
