Im looking for the biggest and best. try to be honest please.
whats the biggest and the best that you have seen in the following categories?

1. Most HP on one monster?
2. biggest amount of damage done to a party member by a monster in a shingle hit? (not including instant death or swallowing etc)
3. highest HP damage dished out by one of your weapons in a shingle blow? (excluding criticals or lightning strike)
4. highest Spell damage done by either you or an enemy mage?

my answers are:
1. Bigest critter so far this game was a battering Hrothgar with around 450hp.
2. 42 HP damage by same hrothgar...ouch!
3. 62 HP: monk + potion of superman + mystic spear + unconcious monster with his back turned [img]smile.gif[/img]
4. not much yet. concentrating on defensive magic right now (9th lev)

so what about you?

Nessy, she once did a 200 ++ damage against me.

My berserk fighter with Lightsword that does 182 damage

4. highest Spell damage done by either you or an enemy mage?

I don't cast combat magic. they are too weak.

My biggest spell damage was a boiling blood that did 62 directly and 138 total among the surrounding enemies when the victim exploded. Grand total: 200 even.

I can answer only the first three w/o too much guesswork. So, here it goes...

1. 1200+ Pee Wee
2. 180 by Nessy (killed my dwarf fighter outright, that's how i know it [img]smile.gif[/img] )
3. Same fighter with Bloodlust and berserk attack mode (3x) - cca. 140 (against Rapax)

Well, now I'm only in T'rang Base...so here...

1) Brekek : 565 HP
2) Can't remember well but I think so far the most damage done on my party is approx 25 max.
3) My Liz Fighter with Stun Rod : 92HP...and with Bloodlust 3x 125HP
4) I don't like spells...but if consider Gadgeteers items cast as spell then it would be Potty-o-Pot : Noxious Fumes 23HP each.

im suprised someone hasnt tried this:

powercast @ 100, power level 7, cast a crush or lifesteal or cerrebral heamorrage on some innocent wiene monster like a higardi bandit...
see what kinda damage u can do [img]smile.gif[/img]

Most HP: I guess Furor and the big golem in AP 1000+
best strike: 230 dmg vs. savant slasher with lightsword
with one attack ca. 450 dmg, also lightsword.
Why do you need spells, if a fighter does 100+ with one strike ?
Magic is good for defense.

Before your Fighter even gets close enough, my Valk, Sam, Ninja and Bishop will have removed at least half the enemies with Deathwish, Asphyxiate, Quicksand (or Death Cloud) and (pick your favorite), respectively. They're also good for immobilising the enemies, so your Fighter can blast'em even harder.
