I don't remember the name for the gadget that casts the eye for an eye spell (it involves a shiny metallic plate), but I have it and have some questions. When my gadgeteer made it (around 60 engineering skill), it came with 13 of 18 charges. Anyone know why only 13 and not 18? And is there a way to recharge it?

You could try re-applying some magic polish, or when it gets down to just one charge left, sell it to a merchant and buy it back, I believe it is bought fully-charged.
