In all the stuff i've seen about where to get spellbooks, everybody says there's none for Holy Water, but i was playing around with an earlier patch to see what Pickpocket was like, and i stole a Book of Holy Water from Braffit!

I just think no one sells them, but I've found them as well, can't remember whether it was via PP or if it fell off someone I killed.
